The creation of EdgeCore Real Estate Group evolved from our decades of professional experience as landlords of high-quality commercial real estate assets in Southern California. As such, we were constantly searching for the optimal operating partner; a third-party manager that understood the ownership perspective, where the focus was on value enhancement, not merely maintaining the status quo. The right balance of owner focus and third-party flexibility was never found.
