Our Executive Team
The Principals of EdgeCore have held executive positions for Maguire Properties (now MPG Office Trust), CommonWealth Partners, Equity Office Properties Trust and Trammell Crow Company while representing institutional owners such as CalPERS, TIAA-CREF, Charter Hall Office REIT (formerly Macquarie Office Fund), The Rockefeller Group, Northwestern Mutual Life and JP Morgan Chase, as well as respected private firms such as The Irvine Company, The Howard Hughes/Summa Corporation and Tooley & Company.
Collectively, the Principals have managed and leased more than 100 million square feet of institutional caliber properties throughout Southern California – from West Los Angeles to Downtown LA, to Orange County and San Diego - as well as throughout the Western US and Hawaii.
During their careers, the Principals have been directly involved in and executed more than 700 lease transactions, for over 8 million square feet of space, with an aggregate value in excess of $1.5 billion as well as 7 million square feet of development and over $5 billion of acquisition and/or disposition transactions involving commercial properties and portfolios.
